Sign the Petition
Baltimore County Deserves a Choice...
If you think Baltimore County deserves more than one vision for its future, sign the petition.
Maryland law requires independent candidates to collect petition signatures before they can appear on the ballot. For Baltimore County Executive, that means obtaining valid signatures from approximately 1% of registered voters in Baltimore County.
That's not easy. It's not supposed to be.
But before voters can decide whether my ideas deserve support, they deserve the opportunity to hear them.
That's what this petition is about.
This Is NOT A Vote For Me
Let me be crystal clear:
Signing this petition is not a vote.
Signing this petition does NOT necessarily mean you support my campaign.
Signing this petition does NOT mean you WILL vote for me in November.
Signing this petition does NOT change your party registration.
Signing this petition does NOT affect your ability to vote in a Democratic or Republican primary.
A petition signature simply means that you believe Baltimore County voters deserve another choice on the ballot.
Nothing more.
In fact, many people who sign this petition may ultimately vote for someone else. That's perfectly fine. Democracy works best when voters have options and can make informed choices after hearing competing ideas.
Why I'm Asking For Your Help
For too long, Baltimore County residents have been told to choose between different versions of the same thing.
Meanwhile, our county faces serious challenges:
- Public safety concerns
- Overdevelopment and infrastructure strain
- Rising costs for families and seniors
- Growing distrust in government
- A looming budget crisis that will demand real leadership and difficult choices
You may agree with my solutions. You may not.
But I hope we can agree on this:
Baltimore County benefits when more ideas are debated, more voices are heard, and voters are trusted to decide for themselves.
This petition simply gives voters that opportunity.
